Ethnic Blues

This was another custom request, on an earlier miniature tile I had made, inspired from the fabulous Jaipur Blue pottery. It was also featured in the Bead Chat magazine, along with an article I wrote .

The client wanted the similar colours that were in the tile. And so I made the pendant in the exact colours, giving emphasis on Amber.

It does resemble a mandala design. It is edged with copper metallic paint and hand painted the rest. Studded with Rhinestones.

She requested small earrings . So the discs for drop earrings are very small.

 

I finished it with beautiful German silver findings that are gold plated, and my favourite blue sandstones.
